Originally from Missoula, Montana, Sam is the newest member of the Subaru-Gary Fisher team. The 2006 Under-23 National Champion lives and trains in Colorado Springs where he spent 2003-2006 on the United States World Championship Team. His young age isn't holding Sam back. In 2006 he had a strong showing on the NMBS circuit on the cross country and short track series.

The Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike Team spent a week in Scotland at the World Mountain Bike Championships. The team brought over the full XC roster. Amidst the Scottish drizzle, all of the riders raced and placed near the top of American riders. MORE >

Sam Schultz Top American at the Mountain Bike World Championships
Sam Schultz and the rest of the Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike Team competed at the 2007 UCI World Mountain Bike Championships in Fort William, Scotland. The 22-year old bounced all the way back from some nagging health issues to represent the US and his Subaru-Fisher team amazingly well. MORE >

Subaru-Gary Fisher Team, Sam Schultz at Pan Am Championships
